As a member, you book for the time being via customer service 08-545 015 00 to receive your membership price. A member app will be launched shortly which i.a. will have booking features.
Card payment
The following cards can be used for payment via Sturebadet's website:
Safety information
Your payment is secured by the DebiTech Payment Gateway. The card number is sent via a highly encrypted connection directly to the bank. The seller has no access to any information about the card or your bank account. DeibTech uses SSL, which is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commercial transactions.
Payment by gift card
Please note that the gift card must be handed in at check-in.
Group booking and booking of Spa packages
Group bookings and Spa packages can only be booked via customer service.
Cancellation
Cancellation and refund can only take place in the event of illness upon presentation of a medical certificate. However, the booking can be rebooked by phone, Sturebadet's booking phone 08-545 015 00.
Unfortunately we can not accept bookings via e-mail as the booking must be made directly in connection with the request.
Order confirmation
When your booking is made, you will receive a booking confirmation via e-mail. It must be possible to present this at check-in at Sturebadet's reception. It is also possible to check in with the specified customer number.

Gift cards purchased via our website will be sent to your home by post within 2-3 days.
Terms of purchase
You can pay for your gift card with the following bank card; VISA, MasterCard and Maestro.
Period of validity
The gift card is valid for two years from the date of issue. We reserve the right to change prices if the gift card is not used within one year.
The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash and any difference will not be refunded. Lost gift card will not be replaced.
Right of withdrawal
It is possible to exchange the gift card for another treatment and pay any difference. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days from the day the gift card was delivered. In the event of a return of the gift card, the return is paid by the buyer. We recommend that the buyer return the gift card in a registered letter, as this is a valuable document.

Terms Spaogram
If you order the spaogram before 12.00 (weekdays) we can deliver the same day. Does not apply to Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays when no delivery takes place.
Spaograms can be offered to Stockholm's inner city and the following municipalities:
Botkyrka, Danderyd, Ekerö, Haninge, Huddinge, Järfälla, Lidingö, Nacka, Salem, Sigtuna, Sollentuna, Solna, Sundbyberg, Södertälje, Tyresö, Täby, Upplands Väsby, Upplands-Bro, Vallentuna, Värmdö and Österåker.
Unfortunately, we can not guarantee deliveries at exact times. Normally deliveries take place on weekdays at 07.00 - 18.00. To guarantee and ensure delivery, Sturebadet can call the recipient before the bid is sent. You make this choice in the order form.
Price shipping
Delivery by courier inside the customs in Stockholm costs SEK 100 and outside the customs SEK 175. For panic attacks, call our customer service on 08-545 015 00.
